Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Twoonetwo Decor. We want you to love your home décor items, but we understand that sometimes things don't work out. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Due to the nature of our dropshipping model, not all items are eligible for return. However, we will accept returns in the following cases:

  • The item arrived damaged, defective, or significantly different from its description.

  • You received the wrong item.

  • You contact us within 7 days of delivery to request a return.

All returned items must be:

  • In original condition

  • Unused and unwashed

  • In original packaging (if applicable)

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind

  • Incorrect size or colour ordered (please check product details carefully)

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Items returned without prior contact and approval

3. Requesting a Return or Refund

To start a return or refund request, please email us at champ2026ata@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged or incorrect item

  • A brief explanation of the issue

We will review your request and respond within 3 business days with next steps.

4. Refund Process

If your return or refund is approved:

  • For damaged, defective, or incorrect items: You will receive a full refund to your original method of payment.

  • Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after approval, depending on your payment provider.

In some cases, you may not need to return the item.

5. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g. wrong or damaged item), we will cover the return shipping cost.

  • In other cases, the customer may be responsible for return shipping fees.

We will provide return instructions upon approval of your return request.

6. Lost or Delayed Orders

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for shipping delays caused by couriers, customs, or other external factors.

If your order hasn't arrived within 45 days of shipping, please contact us to investigate. In rare cases, we may offer a refund or replacement.

7. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, as we begin processing quickly to meet shipping timelines.
