Thank you for shopping at Twoonetwo Decor. We work with global suppliers to bring you carefully selected home décor items at affordable prices. Please review our shipping policy before placing your order.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation. Once processed, your order will be shipped directly from our supplier.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on the way.

2. Estimated Delivery Times

Shipping times vary depending on the product, supplier location, and delivery address.

Typical estimated delivery ranges:

  • Canada: 7–25 business days

  • USA: 10–30 business days

  • International: 15–30 business days

🕒 Note: These are general estimates. We do not guarantee exact delivery dates due to factors such as supplier processing times, customs delays, and local courier services.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs vary depending on the item, destination, and supplier.

  • Some items include free shipping

  • Others may include a calculated shipping fee, shown at checkout

  • You will always see any applicable shipping costs before completing your purchase

If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately and arrive at different times.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow a few days for the tracking link to update.

If you do not receive tracking information within 7 business days of placing your order, please contact us.

5. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Orders

We will always work to ensure your order arrives safely. If issues occur:

  • Delayed Orders: Contact us if your order has not arrived within 45 days of shipping

  • Lost Packages: We will provide a refund or replacement for confirmed lost shipments

  • Damaged Items: Report damage within 48 hours of delivery (include photos)

6. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

For international orders, your country may charge customs duties or taxes upon delivery. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.

7. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipping fees may apply.

  • We are not responsible for undeliverable packages due to address errors.
